At ImageTextify, we’re always working to give you the smoother and more efficient experience. There are times when a refund is absolutely necessary. This policy explains where refunds can be issued or not.
No Refunds for Premium Upgrades
When upgrading from our free version to premium plans, we do not allow refunds once the payment is made. Please use the free version fully before committing to a premium plan.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make purchases for same plan twice, we will happily refund the purchase made in excess. Please simply mail us with your information and we’ll take it from there. This exception of course, does not apply to our Monthly Basic Package.
Sales and Discounted Purchases
We love offers, but in case you have purchased something at a sale or at a discounted rate, there are no refunds. On the other hand, we will cancel your automatic subscription renewal if you request us to.
Refund for Recurring Payments
If you enable automatic renewal, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of your subscription term. After processing automatic renewal, it will not be possible to refund; however, you are encouraged to cancel automatic renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
Technical Issues with Premium Tools
Our Premium Tools are designed to be reliable, but in case you do have some issue, don’t worry-you can count on us to always make them better. We do not offer refunds because our system had a technical malfunction, but we’d be happy to replace those queries in your account if the tool is down for more than 24 hours and your searches consume without results.
